Return Policy

You may return any item as long as it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number.
  2. We will arrange the return through the courier.
  3. You cover the return shipping fee.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund directly to your original payment method.

 

 

Exchange Policy

If the size or style isn’t right, you can exchange your item easily.

How Exchanges Work

  1. Contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number.
  2. Send the original item back in its original condition.
  3. Pay the shipping fee for the exchange.
  4. If the new item has a price difference, the balance will be paid by the customer.
  5. We will send your exchanged piece once payment is received.
